Hello everyone I was wondering about pricing. I have a client that wants me to do a model home but its only one wall. the wall is 14 x 10. The reason for this question is just trying to get the feel for what everyone charges. Min and max. Thank you again everyone.

Hi Aldo, this would be better discussed in the private section of the forum.

what is the minimum and max you think you can charge daily or hourly? then figure out how long it is going to take you to do the finish and figure it out backwards... You should always be figuring on hourly and work backwards.

If it is a model home, it will probably be on the low end of that spectrum, whatever taht is for you.

1 sq meter is 10.76 sq. ft. so 60 per sq. meter would be about $5.60 per sq. ft. But Nino is dealing with pounds so it would be about double. to us. But not double to them. Like 1 euro is still 1 euro to Italians and not about $1.40 like it cost us. You have to look at what a pound buys. I have had a few people from the UK take a class from me and they all wanted to go to homedepot. One kept saying you know what this cost in London. He filled up 2 carts!!!
