I have a client with mould in the corners of his walls. It sortof bubbles out through powdery white flakes. But only in a small area, about 1Sq/ft. Any suggestions on how, or if, it can prepped to take Veneziano?

It sounds like effloresence, the powdery white stuff...caused by water from reacting with cement, it is best to make sure no water is still coming into the wall. Remove any and all loose materials, kill mold with bleach rinse and dry then primer sealer and repair, reprime and begin your plaster cycle.
