I have another quickie question: Is it ok to apply a stencil on VP after the plaster has been burnished?

Thanks,
Tom

No, Amy, I didn't. However, on the side, and not to change the subject...just the other day I recieved a pint of clear satin wax in the mail. I never tried it before (I'm still on a major learning curve, being pretty new to venetian plastering and all). It's a good thing I tried it out on a sample piece I made up because I created a horrendous mess with that stuff! Roll Eyes
