Greg,
Could you add retarder? I know they put it in concrete when they do flatwork in the summer. Don't know if you can buy it over the counter.

Cindy, when I did the velnovo exterior it was the middle of summer and I took the same approach however I couldn't find anyone locally that could sell me an over the counter retarder so I shined the idea. Since then I have thought about it and have wondered if a retarder could effect the mix as whole in any negative manner.....

this is inside a home, usually around 70 degree, I am not sure on using a retarder, I'll wait and see if Doyle thinks this would be a good idea. Doyle???

I wouldn't worry about it then. You could mix small batches if you wanted to, it looks like slow going with all of those profiles on the moulding...

Greg, thank you soooo much for the info, I'll let you know how it goes. I will be doing samples first, even w/crown mouldings.
