Hello Becks If you attend our school you get free videos to take with you. If you go to www.firenzeenterprises.com they will sell you videos. Don't know if they will ship to Kosovo. Good luck

yes,
the procedure SAFRA uses for their veneziano is the traditional method where a smoothing primer, like a heavy sealed type spackle is used to get the walls perfect so the final finsh of VP can be applied without detriment while systems typically taught in the US do not use this step. I know of another Italian company that also uses this system of application but again, many comapnies today try to give you the fastest easiest way to wall finishes and they will use a regular primer and then a venetian on top. Why? they might roll on hte first coat of synthetic VP and knock it back, they might skip trowel the first coat, fill in the second so hte base is not so important to be perfect. However, when you go for the ultra luxurious smoothest mirror finishes, you need nothing, including roller stipple or ANYTHING transferring anything but what you purpose to be ransfered, as in when you leave interest in the spackle or primer coat.
I have seen many venezianos and it wasn't til I saw the SAFRA one as well as one other later that I saw a differnce in reflection, in appearance.
I think the DVDs are invaluable to use over and over and go back when that finish comes up again for a wall, just to make sure. Classroom can help but the DVDs are in fact, classroom, just that what you are doing wrong, no one is there to notice and correct, you have to try to figure that one out but the DVDs get you 90% of the class in instruction. ( and maybe more cuz many questions are answered which they know are typical issues, errors, etc.. so maybe they are 98%
