thanks Ken,I'm sure I'll have loads of questions for you all but I think I might be short of answers.
I cant wait to do this course, it seems so interesting and an amazing finish.
Look forward to all of your advice.
Here's the 1st question though probably silly.....Is venetian plaster basically the same in Scotland, Italy,America,Canada or does it differ? The reason I ask is I've noticed different names, ie Stucco,Polished plaster,Venetian plaster.
cheers
Scott

Hi Scott,

Welcome to plaster talk. My wife and I toured Scotland for our honeymoon 10 years ago, we loved it.

The short answer is no, not all ventian plaster's are the same. The very term "ventian plaster" gives rise to ask "What is that?", which will lead to many differnt answers.

The great thing about Safra plaster's are that there are so many differnt stlyes to choose from.

We stayed in Glascow for a few days. I loved it just a real nice small city. We toured around that area a bit. Wanted to do a day trip over to Edenburough but it was our honeymoon and we had a real nice suite at the Marriot. Wink. Went up to Aberdeen then down through the Highlands, stayed at a B&B in the highlands and it was wonderful.

There is a Safra distribator in the UK but not sure where.
