In Italy is Italian plaster applied in most rooms? I have a designer that things polished plasters should only be applied in formal areas and in mansions. I beg to differ of course but would love to know your experiences.

In Italy the "italian plaster" is often applied in the rooms but if you have more space the effect is better, is the best effect.
