I am currently remodeling an old "horse hair" plaster home approximatly 150 years old. In sporatic areas the old plaster is failing. I used a modified thinset to strengthen the horse hair plaster coat. In the past I have used a hydrolic plaster (diamond and uni-kal mix) and a bonding agent that binds well to the thinset. I was wondering if it would be possible to skip the hydrolic plasters and directly apply pontomiro (with approite bonding agent) to the thinset? chaunfa@gmail.com

Question:
Will pontomiro s bind to a thinset substrate with approite bonding agent?

Choices:
Yes?
No?
Why?
