You can reassure them that Veneziano has been tested to resist over 50.000 brush strokes according to ASTM D-2486 standard test method and can be washed with water and standard detergents, or even water and ammonia. I think the stucco they have there is a natural stucco, nice, very breathable, but unfit to heavy traffic areas, whereas Veneziano.....
