I had the best Easter ever. It was the first time since Christmas that my car did not leave the driveway. Only this time, no one was sick. We had the traditional Easter dinner. My kids and I made muscle food (spinach casserole), Whipped sweet potatoes, and julienne veggies. Then we made a batch of gnocchi and rolled them out together, and made the ever traditional and very popular steamed mussels. The dinner made no palletable sense, but everyone's favorite dish was represented and we had a great day. We even made Baklava even though Greek easter isn't until May 1. I obviously didn't give up sweeties for lent. Hope everyone else had a great one.
